We pride ourselves in creating high-quality apparel. If you are unsatisfied with your product and meet the Return Criteria below, we will happily refund you for the value of the merchandise. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, as indicated.
If you meet all of the following requirements, you may proceed with the return process outlined below.
- Return must be conducted within 14 days of the delivery date
- Item/s must be unworn and unwashed
- All tags must be attached
- Accessories such as headwear and water bottles are not refundable for sanitary purposes
- If return is due to damage or quality issues, please contact customer service at email@example.com before you proceed with the return process
Exchange or refund of a product cannot be accepted in the following cases:
- Any gifts or trial pack
- Sale item and items marked final sale (Promotional items may be final sale, see specific promotion for full details)
- Product packaging is not intact, damaged or remarkable with dirt
- Any product rejection due to personal preference or disputation on shipping charge
*Please note: shipping back items that do not fall within the above policy without consulting customer service will not guarantee a refund. We take the satisfaction of our customers and the quality of our product very seriously and want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase. For this reason it is mandatory that you speak with a customer service agent if your garment does not fall within the Return Policy criteria.
Return Process in Hong Kong
- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating your order number and the items you wish to return.
- Within 48 hours you will be sent the address of Titika Hong Kong Office via email.
- Carefully repackage the items you are returning. Bring along it with your completed return form to any one of the SF Express Service Point. (http://www.sf-express.com/hk/tc/dynamic_functions/store/)
- Your part is done! Once your return is received by us, we will approve and process your refund within 7 business days. You will receive a notification email of the refund
International Return Process
- Send an email to email@example.com indicating your order number, the items you wish to return, and the address you will be shipping from.
- Within 48 hours you will be sent a printable return shipping label and return form via email.
- Along with this email you will receive instructions on how to arrange the return pickup. Follow these instructions once you are ready to ship.
- Carefully repackage the items you are returning and your completed return form in the secure packaging of your choice.
- Adhere your return label to the outside of your package.
- Your part is done! Once your return is received by us, we will approve and process your refund within 7 business days. You will receive a notification email of the refund.
Titika does not offer exchanges for online orders at this time. You may contact firstname.lastname@example.org if prefer to be returned in the form of store credit.
VIP Sale Terms and Conditions
- Regular priced merchandise purchased using applicable VIP code can only be returned for online store credit.
- All discounted merchandise and items marked FINAL SALE are final sale and are not eligible for a return or exchange of any kind, for any reason. No exceptions.
- As per our standard return policy, Titika does not offer exchanges for online orders at this time.
