RETURNS 退貨

If you are unsatisfied with your product and meet the Return Criteria below, we will happily refund you for the value of the merchandise. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, as indicated. Policies regarding returns for our VIP Sale can be found here.

 RETURN CRITERIA 退貨標準:

  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date 
  • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags attached, in a returnable condition
  • The following accessories cannot be returned due to sanitary purposes: underwear, head wear, towels, yoga mats, socks and water bottles
  • Sale items & items marked SALE or FINAL SALE are not refundable, exchangeable nor eligible for store credit. Promotional discounts may make an item final sale, see specific promo for details
  • 商品必須在收到後14天內退貨
  • 商品必須是未經穿著、洗滌及剪牌,在可退貨的狀態
  • 以下飾品因衛生問題,不設退貨:內衣、頭飾、毛巾、瑜伽墊、襪子及水瓶
  • 減價貨品或標有減價字樣的貨品一律不設退換或兌換商店信用金。部分活動優惠商品為減價商品,詳情請查看個別活動條款

Please note: Shipping an item without consulting customer service will not guarantee a refund or store credit & you risk additional charges as the item(s) may be returned to you at your expense. To avoid additional charges, it is mandatory that you consult with customer service before returning merchandise. 

請注意:未向客戶服務專員諮詢而退回的商品,將不會得到退款處理或兌換商店信用金,同時你可能需要付額外費用取回該商品。為避免產生額外費用,退貨前必須先諮詢客戶服務專員。

 

 So, you meet the Return Criteria? Excellent. Here’s how to process your online return:

如果你的商品符合以上退貨標準,那太好了!請根據以下退貨程序開始退貨手續:

HASSLE-FREE RETURNS 無憂退貨:

1.      Send an email to online.hk@titika.ca indicating your order number & item(s) you wish to return.
         發電郵到online.hk@titika.ca,告訴我們你的訂單號碼及你想要退款的貨品。

2.      Within 2 business days you will be emailed a return form and printable return label. 
         你會在兩個工作天內收到退貨表格及退貨運單。

3.      Carefully repackage all merchandise with completed return form into secure packaging of your choice.
         將退貨重新包裝好,並確認退貨表格已放進包裝內。

4.      Adhere the return label to the box and remove previous shipping label to avoid confusion
         將退貨運單附著你已經包裝好的退貨。如使用TITIKA原包裝盒子,請移除原來的運單。

5.      Stop into your nearest SF Express or Fedex location depending on the label provided and drop off return.
         根據我們給你的運單,到順豐速運或聯邦快遞服務點投遞。

6.      Your part is done! Once we receive & process the return, you will receive a notification e-mail.
         你的部分已經完成。當我們收到退貨及退款後,你會收到電郵通知。

EXCHANGES 換貨

Titika does not offer exchanges for online orders at this time.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?
何時才會收到退款?

Once we have received your package and confirm that it meets the Return Criteria, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the address used when placing the original transaction.

當我們收到你的退貨,並確認了它/它們符合退貨標準後,我們會在7個工作天內退款,並發送退款通知到你下訂單的電郵地址。

Please note that we will process refunds in the exact form as used to make the purchase. So, if you purchased the order on your Credit Card, we will return the funds to that same Credit Card used at the time of purchase. Your banking institution may require additional days to process this transaction to your account.

我們會按你原來的付款方式退回款項。如你是使用信用卡購買,款項將會退回到同一張信用卡上。信用卡發卡機構可能需要額外的天數處理退款。
