Order Confirmation 訂單確認

As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email that we have received the order. At this time, the order is pending and has not yet been processed.


As soon as your order has been processed and ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. This email will contain your tracking number. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add online.hk@titika.ca to your safe sender list.


Changing Or Cancelling an Order 更改或取消訂單

After you have submitted your order through our online store we will not be able to make any changes to the order details. If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact Customer Service via online.hk@titika.ca. If your order has already been processed through the warehouse, we will not be able to cancel it.

提交訂單後,你將不可以再修改訂單內容。如你需要取消訂單,請聯絡我們的客戶服務專員,可透過熱線電話+852 9602 7975或電郵到online.hk@titika.ca。如你的訂單已經寄出,你將不能取消訂單。

Cancelled/Refunded Orders 已取消/已退款訂單

While we do our best to keep our website up-to-date with inventory quantities, there could be an instance where the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. If this does happen, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains other items that are in stock, we will still ship them out to you and refund the cost of the unavailable item.


Tracking an Order 追蹤訂單

When your order has been fulfilled, you received a confirmation email with a Fedex/SF Express tracking number and a hyperlink which links to courier website.

For shipping and tracking related inquiries, please call the Fedex Customer Support Center directly at (852) 2730 3333 or SF Express at (852) 2730 0273 and have your tracking number or PIN at hand for reference.
