1.不要運動過量 Don't over-exercising
每週運動不要超過12小時。專家建議每天進行30分鐘中度運動最為適合。運動過量,會導致身體堆積過量的自由基,容易衰老。
This is suggested that work-out shouldn't over 12 hours a week.The best is 30mins exercise everyday. Extreme exercise would produces free radicals which result in rapid aging.
2· 充足睡眠讓身體修復 Have sufficient sleep after exercise
運動後,睡眠少於7小時會讓體內的「瘦體素」分泌不足,會導致肥胖和擾亂內分泌。只有充足的睡眠,身體才有能力修復,否則會加速身體老化。
Sleep less then 7 hours would decrease the secretion of Leptin which leads weight gain and hormonal imbalance. Sleep more to keep you young!

3· 睡前切勿劇烈運動 Exercising at night is bad for your sleep
劇烈運動會使大腦出現興奮狀態,這種興奮在短時間裡不會平靜下來,讓人難以入睡。睡眠不好,身體的修復力也隨之下降,所以最好就是睡前3-4 小時進行運動。
Strenuous activity would result in increase of adrenalin and cortisol. Some people may found difficult to fall asleep due to this reaction. If you are one of the folks, get your workout done three to four hours prior to bedtime.
