TITIKA 今年首次參與Asia Yoga Conference, AYC是一個匯集世界各地瑜伽愛好者的活動。AYC今年已經是第十一屆,一連四天在會展舉行。每年也會邀請世界知名的瑜伽大師，讓大家向不同派系的大師學習。明星導師陣容包括: 全球公認最權威的Ashtanga瑜伽老師之一David Swenson; Pure Yoga 的創始人Patrick Creelman; 美國排名前三的瑜伽導師Rodney Yee等等。非常難得的機會, 讓大家一次過接觸這麼多明星導師!
Good news! Titika was joining the Asia biggest yoga event for the very first time. This is the eleventh year of the Asia Yoga Conference. AYC gathered yogi from all around the world and learn from well-known yoga master. Renowned presenters includes David Swenson, one of the worlds foremost practitioners and instructors of Ashtanga Yoga; Patrick Creelman, Pure Yoga's founding teacher; Rodney Yee, top three Yoga teacher in the US...etc. Such an rare chance to meet many talents and teachers from all lineages in yoga.
